By participating in the “Pay With Selfie & Get 100% Cashback” campaign , you agree to the following terms and conditions laid out by Kapils Salon India Pvt. Ltd. :
Eligibility & Participation
- This campaign is open to all clients of Kapils Salon who:
- Avail any paid salon service during the campaign period.
- Pay the regular service charges in full at the salon.
- Post a selfie taken at the salon post-service on their Instagram feed.
- Tag @kapilssalon and use all the following hashtags:
#KapilsSalon #IPaidWithMySelfie #KapilsStyleICON. - Follow the official Instagram page: @kapilssalon.
- Show the live Instagram post to the salon reception for verification.
- Points equivalent to the service amount (subject to a maximum of ₹1000) will be credited as Kapils Service Points within 48 working hours post-verification.
- One participation per user per month only. Multiple entries from the same user or profile will be disqualified.
Definition of Cashback and Winner
- Cashback is provided in the form of non-transferable service points redeemable only at Kapils Salons. These are not convertible to cash.
- Maximum cashback value is ₹1000 per participant.
- Points must be redeemed within 30 days from the date of issue.
- One winner will be selected from all valid entries.
- The winner will be determined by highest Instagram engagement, defined as a minimum of 100 likes + 10 shares (shares can include story shares or reposts).
- The winner will receive 1,00,000 Kapils Points, redeemable exclusively on eligible salon services.
Campaign Period
- The campaign starts on 23 july 2025 and ends on 20th August 2025.
- Kapils Salon reserves the right to modify the start/end date without prior notice.
Conditions & Restrictions
- Offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers, memberships, or campaigns.
- The decision of the management regarding verification of posts and selection of the winner is final and binding.
- Fake engagement (likes, shares, bots, or purchased followers) will result in disqualification without notice.
- Kapils Salon is not responsible for technical issues or user errors during post-upload or tagging.
- All entries and posts must remain public till the end of the campaign for verification.
- Kapils Salon reserves the right to:
- Cancel, amend, or extend the campaign at its sole discretion.
- Disqualify any participant found to be violating these terms or using unfair means.
Intellectual Property & Publicity Rights
- By participating, you grant Kapils Salon the irrevocable right to use, repost, or share your selfie, content, or username across digital channels for promotional purposes without additional compensation or consent.
- Participants waive all rights to claim royalties for any such promotional use.
Legal Disclaimer
- Kapils Salon will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by participants due to technical errors, force majeure, or miscommunication.
- Participation implies full acceptance of all terms & conditions mentioned herein.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
